This morning I took a class called ‘Total Body Conditioning’ and let me tell you… it hurt so good. It’s an intense (not as intense as boot camp) workout that involves weights. See, I tend to stick to a lot of cardio and shy from weights/strength training. Well not anymore! You know it’s working when your legs are as shaky as a newborn calve.
